You can start making it step by step, after preparing all the ingredients. It is recommended to start with the chicken.

  1. Set up the Marinade: In a huge ziplock sack, consolidate the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Blend well.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken parts of the sack, seal it, and back rub the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for something like 2 hours, or short-term for best outcomes.
  3. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken pieces for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.

  1. Heat 4 cups of entire milk to the point of boiling in a huge pot over medium-high intensity, blending at times.
  2. When the milk bubbles, switch off the intensity and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  3. Mix tenderly and let the milk turn sour for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the curds through cheesecloth, crush out the whey, wrap, and press with a load for 30 to an hour.
  5. Open up and cut the paneer into blocks.
  6. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add the paneer cubes along with salt, pepper, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and coriander.
  8. Fry the paneer for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp on all sides.

  2. Let it sit for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy and lively.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of plain yogurt and the yeast mixture to the flour mixture.
  5. Gradually add 1/2 cup of water and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Knead for 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth and elastic in texture.
  7. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, dampen a piece of cloth on top, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until the volume has doubled.
  8. Punch down the mixture and separation it into 8 equivalent pieces.
  9. Fold each piece into a meager circle.
  10. Cook every naan on a hot iron for 2 minutes for each side, until puffy and singed.
